Question: In short, how do you explain BPD to someone?
The excess of sadness and hopelessness has become too much, that because of this our behaviour can be erratic and difficult to understand. That we have most often been hurt badly and we don’t really know how to heal the wounds our experiences have left us with. That we are not bad people, or forever damaged, but rather that we need time to recover from events that have changed our lives and made them sometimes difficult to live.

Day 03: Do you self harm, if so how?
I used to quite a lot, not so much now, mainly just razors or paper clips. It’s a weird sort of addiction, it takes a lot to stop completely
